Child Sponsorship Information
Please fill out the following information so that we can set up your sponsorship. Please note that we have three options for you to set up your sponsorship donations:
Automatic Monthly Bank Draft. This is the easiest and most preferred way. Please submit your information and make your first payment online. We will then contact you to set up your draft for the 15th day of each month.
Pay Online. Please submit your information and then pay online. You can make a monthly or annual payment. We thank you for your patience concerning the option of automatic recurring payments. We are working to add that feature next month.
Pay by Check. Please submit your information online, and then you can make a monthly or annual payment by mailing your check to our home office: EWT, 119 W. Broad St., Statesville, NC 28677.
